Adria Electronic, established in 1974 in Croatia, solidified its position as a regional reference point for automation systems.
These three success stories merged under a single vision, as VDA and Telkonet joined forces in 2021, forming a unique global group. The acquisition of Adria Electronic in 2024 further reinforced the Group’s position in Southeastern Europe, combining local expertise with international know-how.
